The comings and goings of missionaries

I had no idea how much missionaries come and go in the mission.  It makes for a crazy time!

Let me give you an example of what is happening right now.

Pres and Sister Lee went up to Wyoming with a sister for an emergency transfer.  Two sisters were not getting along. So there needed to be a change.

An elder from Wyoming was transported back to SLC because he was being sent home for misconduct.  (Just saying it like it is.)

Another elder was playing ball on P-Day and broke his ankle.  He is going home tomorrow for surgery and recovery.

And another elder was on his bike and hit by a car.  He is going home. (President Lee has to take two elders to the airport in wheelchairs.)

Another elder just returned on Tuesday, from a leave.  He had to go home and have a surgery.

Yesterday, I took a Pilipino sister to the airport (at 5:00 am) as she is going to her mission in Taiwan.  She has been a visa waiter in our mission.   This happens quite a bit. We are a good holding place for them.

See the craziness?  There is  a lot of correlating and organization going one to manage the day by days of these missionaries.  Some things are happy and some things are sad, but I love helping them out! 😏
